IN MY OPINION: WILLIAM REYNOLDS Kanye West won’t leave Atlanta stadium until he finishes new album ‘Donda’ Kanye West has reportedly been living at Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz Stadium as the artist attempts to polish off his highly-anticipated new album “Donda.”. The “Yeezus” rapper hosted a sold-out listening party at the stadium last week and planned to release the record on Friday. But the album’s arrival was delayed and Kanye remained holed up at the venue to finish his artwork.-

Oscar winner Viola Davis is working on a memoir that she says will be “straight, no chaser.”

HarperOne will release Davis' “Finding Me” on April 19, 2022. Davis traces her rise from growing up in poverty and family violence in Rhode Island to becoming one of the world's most acclaimed actors. She won an Oscar for her starring role in the 2016 film adaptation of August Wilson's drama “Fences," an Emmy for “How to Get Away with Murder,” and Tonys for “Fences” and “King Hedley II.”

“I believe that our stories, and the courage to share them, is the most powerful empathetic tool we have,” she said in a statement. “This is my story ... straight no chaser.”

MUSIC MIDTOWN IS BACK

 Music Midtown is back for 2021 and organizers released the lineup Tuesday morning. Maroon 5, 21 Savage, DaBaby, Miley Cyrus, and the Jonas Brothers will headline the event.

The 26-year-old festival was canceled last year after the coronavirus pandemic halted most of the world's extracurricular activities and travel.

Disney+ is offering up its big Marvel movie “Black Widow,” starring Scarlett Johannson, for streaming at $29.99, but it will also open in theaters Friday, presumably to likely big numbers.

Two shows from the relatively recent past are being rebooted as well. HBO Max is bringing back a new version of the CW’s “Gossip Girl,” which originally aired from 2007 to 2012, on Thursday. The TNT series “Leverage,” which aired from 2008 to 2012, will return on IMDb TV Friday.
