Britney Spears, The Tonight Show

IN MY OPINION:
WILLIAM REYNOLDS:

Where,,,Does Britney Spears' "Ew" Sketch Rank in Jimmy Fallon's History of the Skit?
Britney Spears, The Tonight Show
YouTube

In case you missed it, Britney Spears is now a part of the "Ew!" family!

Over the past few years, Jimmy Fallon has had celebrities participate in his "Ew!" sketch on The Tonight Show and they are all so funny.

On Thursday, the "Oops...I Did It Again" singer dressed up as one of Fallon's character Sara's friends named Abby for one funny episode.

They compared Throwback Thursday photos, played a game of Fashion Freeze—AKA posing like a model and then freezing in place—and talked about camp.

While we were laughing the whole way through we couldn't help but wonder where Spears ranks among all the other guests that have been on this Tonight S

Everyone from Channing Tatum and John Cena to Miley Cyrus and Demi Lovato have dressed up in their best middle school (ish) ensembles and chatted with the talk show host dressed as Sara with no "h" because "h's are ew!" and we've loved each and every one of them.

Guess we will just have to keep on guessing....>>>. But I think she looks pretty darn good.

ACTORS GOT TO SEE AND KNOW THE REAL 'TOM CRUISE'.

IN MY OPINION;
WILLIAM REYNOLDS;
ACTORS GOT TO SEE AND KNOW THE REAL 'TOM CRUISE'.
Tom Cruise truly is as great as he seems.
The cast of Mission: Impossible-Fallout learned firsthand just how impressive the star was throughout the course of their filming. From stopping mid-take to ask extras if they were okay, to expertly maneuvering a helicopter in the mountains, Cruise won over the hearts of the star studded group, including Henry Cavill.
"I am not easily impressed, and I know some people who have done genuinely seriously impressive stuff, and watching Tom do these stunts, especially in the mountains in that helicopter. I just thought, 'Okay I am officially impressed,'" the Superman actor shared.
He added, "This is ridiculous what he is doing. And he learns all these skills for these movies and does them to an elite level. It is remarkable, truly remarkable."

Survey shows that 40% of parents have to force their video-gamer children to leave the house
Average child spends just seven hours a week outside, but more than twice that amount playing video games
LONDON — The Snapchat generation doesn’t seem to love the outdoors — at least not as much as doing other things. The average child between 6 and 16 years old spends only an hour a day outside, playing video games over twice as long, a new study finds.

Researchers at Decathlon, a sports retailer in the United Kingdom, recently surveyed more than 2,000 British parents and children, hoping to learn more about the recreational attitudes of society’s youngest generation. The researchers’ findings shed light on a number of phenomena.

Today’s children and teens, the survey found, prefer a whole host of activities over playing in the mud. These activities include gaming, watching TV, surfing the web, and listening to music. Believe it or not, some adolescents even preferred doing homework (10 percent) and completing chores (three percent)

EVER WONDER WHY

 IN MY OPINION:
WILLIAM REYNOLDS

EVER WONDER WHY YOUR FAVORITE ACTOR GOT CUT
FROM YOUR FAVORITE SERIES????

    There are a ton of television series with main characters who get killed off for purely plot-driven reasons — think: The Walking Dead (2010 – ), The Sopranos (1999 – 2007), Breaking Bad (2008 – 2013), or virtually any character-driven drama. Other times, characters shuffle off this mortal coil simply because actors' contracts are up and they simply don't want to renew them, such as Josh Charles on The Good Wife (2009 – 2016).
Then there are those actors who can't stay out of trouble or just can't seem to get along with their cast mates, crew members, or show creators. These problem players found their pink slips in the form of bullets to the face, grisly train collisions, and bizarre zamboni accidents.
Or good ole Charlie Sheen,,,who could not get along with the Director (or drugs)

NO ONE IS IMMUNE>>RIGHT?

NO ONE IS IMMUNE>>RIGHT?

Prince Williams/Wireimage
Migos rapper Offset has been arrested in Atlanta, Georgia for alleged gun possession, E! News can confirm.
On Friday, the artist, who is currently on probation, was driving a vehicle that was pulled over for having tinted windows, TMZ reported. It was during a search of the car that authorities reportedly found the firearm.
He has since been charged with four crimes: possession of firearm by felon, possession of one ounce or less of marijuana, possession of weapon during a crime and an improper lane change.
This offense would be the second time that the 26-year-old has violated his probation for a 2015 drugs and weapons charge. In March 2016, Offset was arrested and spent the night in jail for having a suspended license.

BEWARE ALL YOU  BLOOD SUCKERS>>>

The WB
Buffy the Vampire Slayer is in the works at 20th Century Fox Television, E! News confirms.
Joss Whedon, who created the original cult classic, is on board to executive produce. The Hollywood Reporter reports that Monica Breen will pen the highly-anticipated revival's script.
In a departure from the original supernatural drama, a black actress (who has yet to be cast) is posed to step into Sarah Michelle Gellar's iconic role. Sources tell THR that the reboot will be set in present day and build upon the mythology of the original TV series.

STARS DON'T TALK TO 'EXTRAS'

IN MY OPINION:
WILLIAM REYNOLDS;

STARS DON'T TALK TO 'EXTRAS'

 >  > It's actually a common practice on film and TV sets to forbid extras and crew members from interacting with principal cast. One anonymous background performer even told The Guardian in 2016 that their contract "specifically orders you not to talk to any of the actors, much as you are advised not to feed animals in a zoo."
Of course, the stars of the show or movie are free to bend or outright break that rule whenever they like, which they frequently do. Perhaps the best known example of this is from Three Kings when George Clooney came to the aid of an extra who director David O. Russell had just allegedly assaulted. The confrontation between Clooney and Russell nearly came to blows and effectively ended the relationship between the star and the director.
But not every actor is as classy as Clooney. In fact, some seem to not only relish in the restrictions on the lowly supporting cast, but also enforce them without mercy. SO, GUYS>>>BE AWARE>>>AND CAREFUL ON WHO YOU TALK TO<<<WITHOUT THEM SPEAKING FIRST!!!!!

SHOCKER,,,,,DWAYNE'S NEW MOVIE

IN MY OPINION:
WILLIAM REYNOLDS:

SHOCKER,,,,,DWAYNE'S NEW MOVIE (SKYSCRAPER) CAME IN FORTH THIS WEEKEND. WAY BELOW EXPECTATIONS.

The biggest story of the day is the fact that Dwayne Johnson’s Skyscraper fell flat in the box office. Early projections put the movie between $40 to $60 million, but the film failed to meet even the lowest of expectations. Skyscraper earned a $25 million debut weekend, one of the few significant movies of the summer to fall short of expectations. Box-office analysts will likely spend the next few days wondering why the movie didn’t do well, and the leading theory is that people are tired of The Rock. Skyscraper is his third movie since December and his fifth film since April 2017, and as famous and admired Dwayne Johnson is, that might be too many movies for the actor in such a short period.

WHY IS IT THAT

IN MY OPINION;
WILLIAM REYNOLDS;

WHY IS IT THAT >>>>>

Beginning models that did a print ad for Macy's when they were 16 and a Toys R Us when they were six,
earning a total of about $400, or an actor that has been an extra in 4 or 5 films think the are just the right
person to give others advice on how to advance their career.
Actually they are (or were) on a treadmill running all out, as hard as they can go >> all while staying in
exactly the same place. Why,  because they are not qualified to 'get off'. Every now and then they will
get off, give advice to another wannabe, and then jump right back on.
Happens every single day >>> EVERY DAY??? :(  :( :(

Oprah Winfrey is the cover girl for the August edition of Vogue UK. Winfrey shared the image above via social media calling it an ‘incredibly regal experience’ as she poses wearing a custom-made taffeta gown by Stella McCartney and white-and-yellow-diamond and emerald earrings by Buccellati.

Inside the issue, the media mogul discusses race, feminism, her Royal wedding appearance, the loves and losses in her life and also touches on rumors of her presidential ambitions.

Jada remembers her late friend.

IN MY OPINION:
WILLIAM REYNOLDS

Jada remembers her late friend.

Jada Pinkett Smith has been friends with a few of the greats. She's talked about Tupac many times before, explaining how she met the legendary rapper when she was a drug dealer. "Pac and I's relationship was about survival," she said. "That's how it started. And I know most people want to always connect it in this romance thing, and that's just because they don't have the story."
Another one of her late friends was none other than Whitney Houston and Jada has taken to Instagram to share the only photos she has of her and the singer. “These are the only pics I have of Whitney and I. I’m pregnant withJaden . She came to my baby shower,” she captioned the post. "Whitney was so sweet, so fierce ... so real. She was funny and fun and so ... present. As talented and famous as she was ... she didn’t wear it on her sleeve. Not many of us in this business can claim that ... not even myself at certain points in my life. She was so down to earth... that’s what I admired about her most. If only we could have celebrated her more while she was here."
There are not of celebrities like that>>>>

"A tip on creating 'the character"

IN MY OPINION:
WILLIAM REYNOLDS:

"A tip on creating 'the character"

Say, if someone saw 'your' character in Starbucks waiting in line to order coffee or whatever.
Do you think that person that saw you would recognize your character, just as it they were
watching you playing the part, 'the character'?..So, if the character can past that Starbucks
test, that is the way the director, the camera, the audience thinks about you >>> your character.
Give it a shot sometime.

"When you know it"

IN MY OPINION:
WILLIAM REYNOLDS:

"When you know it"

When we talk about 'success', we are not talking about someone else, saying that.
We are speaking to ourselves when we walk on a film set or onstage, or when
the director says 'Cut'. That is real success. When 'you' know it'.
