Despite the boycott of filming in Georgia launched by Hollywood liberals angry over the state's new pro-life "Heartbeat" law, legendary actor/director Clint Eastwood will be making his latest movie, "The Battle of Richard Jewell," in Atlanta this summer, reported NBC Charlotte and other media.

"Clint Eastwood will perform new film in Georgia despite abortion bill boycott," tweeted NBC Charlotte on June 25. The movie is about Richard Jewell, a police officer and security guard who discovered a bomb at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, Ga., and saved countless lives. Jewell was initially hailed as a hero and then was viewed as a suspect.

“ ‘P.Y.T.’ is one of my favorite songs, and now it has this whole other subtext to it,” says Bill Coleman, a Brooklyn-based DJ and owner of Peace Bisquit Productions & Management. “It’s probably the last song I would play right now because it could be perceived as having a whole other meaning.” On today’s anniversary, there’s a dark cloud hanging over Jackson’s legacy, with some wondering exactly how they should feel about the late legend and his music. While his songs can still be heard just about everywhere you go, many who believe the allegations will never listen to him the same way again. And even among some of his biggest fans, it brings up conflicting emotions about how to commemorate his passing from an accidental overdose at age 50.

While Berry captioned the photo saying she was 'lookin' for a late night snack,' fans agreed that Berry herself was the 'snack.'

The superstar duo, who recently collaborated on Swift's "You Need to Calm Down" music video, had been in a feud for several years, reportedly over backup dancers. However, after Perry extended a (literal) olive branch to T.Swift in 2018, the two singers decided to make amends.

Swift recently opened up about reconciling with Perry, explaining how the two came together for her new music video.

"She and I have really been on good terms for a while. She sent me a really nice note and an olive branch to the – like an actual olive branch – to my tour when it started, the Reputation Stadium Tour, a while ago," Swift explained during a call with the UK's Capital Breakfast. "From that point on we've been on good terms."

Two movies that were expected to film in Georgia have pulled out of the state.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Miranda Bailey’s Cold Iron Pictures was set to film a sci-fi romance film “Time Capsule” in Georgia this June. However, the producer has pulled out of the state.

A representative for Bailey told The Hollywood Reporter “she decided to step away from the project because it would shoot in Georgia and she stands by women’s right to choose.”

The movie was set to star “Deadpool” star Brianna Hildebrand and Todd Grinnell set to star in the movie which centers around a jaded politician and his controlling wife on vacation, when they are disrupted by the arrival of his first romance who just returned from a 20-year space voyage.
