Bill Cosby spent his first night behind bars at SCI Phoenix, a new 3,830-bed state prison in suburban Philadelphia.

He was headed there Tuesday night after being held temporarily at a county jail, where he was sent immediately after being sentenced to three to 10 years in prison for sexually assaulting a woman in 2004. There are other cases unsolved.

“Pain & Gain” is a true crime case based on an article by Miami New Times journalist Pete Collins. It tells the story of a group of criminals, which included a number of bodybuilders affiliated with Sun Gym, who kidnapped, extorted and murdered several victims. The film received mixed reviews with British critic Mark Mermode describing the film as “grotesquely inappropriate” and “every bit as pumped up and steroidal as the appalling characters it is attempting to portray.”

As I'm sure you all know that we operate a talent agency (40 years in Atlanta)

We have a lot of new wannabes that want to be 'real players' in the film/tv industry.

Yet many, if not most have very little to no qualifications to be a player. This is

a brief story that I heard from Lee Strasberg arguably the greatest actor teacher that

ever lived.

Back in 1881, Nevada there was this professional gambler,,poker...not a bad one,

but he always went too far and ending up losing. His girlfriend was a dance hall girl

and she gave him his gambling money. Then in what would become eventually Las Vegas

he was playing poker and had almost all the money. There were only two 'players' left,

him and the guy that owned the saloon, the hotel, the stables, the town, everything. So after

the cards were dealt, the owner looked at him and said "everything that I own, against

all of the money (a ton) in front of you, just turn over our cards". And he took the bet>>

and won >>the entire town. Moral to this story became, and still is '" IF YOU WANT TO BE

A WINNER, YOU FIRST HAVE TO BE A PLAYER"

And I might add, "not a dreamer"

Keshia Knight Pulliam is a diehard fan of Janet Jackson and she finally met the superstar last night at the BMI awards.

Pulliam, who is best known for her role as Rudy on The Cosby show, says it’s always been her dream to portray Janet in a biopic and now, after meeting her idol, she’s claiming it publicly.
