In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Josh Brolin portrays Thanos, the purple-toned Mad Titan who sets out to collect all six Infinity Stones for his Gauntlet glove to claim control over the entire universe (and possibly beyond.) His quest really gets underway in Avengers: Infinity War, which features the space goon as the biggest bad of them all, challenging the title heroes to put aside all their differences exposed in Captain America: Civil War and come together to, as Nick Fury envisioned, "fight the battles [humans] never could."

But beneath all the visual effects, brute strength, and thirst for power is an actor who's hardly known for any of those things. Brolin, who's both a Hollywood legacy and a former child star, has quietly worked his way into the mainstream, earning some key acclaim along the way.

It was a long, wild day on Kanye West’s Twitter account. What began with a tweet about President Trump’s “dragon energy” led to a friendly exchange between the rapper and Trump, and soon erupted into a divisive Twitter conversation about race, identity politics and mental health.

West’s praise of Trump on Wednesday prompted a swift backlash from fans, activists and celebrities. Legions of Twitters users, particularly those in the black community, criticized him for voicing his support of a president who has hesitated to condemn white supremacists, called African nations “shithole countries” and whom many Americans consider to be racist.Kanye West has not been shy in expressing his feelings about President Trump. Now he did it on Twitter, with a series of tweets posted on April 25. (The Washington Post)

But some of West’s friends and fellow musicians came to his defense, including fellow Chicago native Chance the Rapper.

“Talked to him two days ago. He’s in a great space and not affected by folk tryna question his mental or physical health,” tweeted Chance, whose birth name is Chancelor Bennett. “Black people don’t have to be democrats.

Do you have a favorite scene in a movie in which two co-stars give a great kiss? A kissing scene may look terrific on screen, but not all actors are in the right state of mind when that electric moment occurs. Remember the kiss between Kirsten Dunst and Tobey Maguire in Spider-Man? It looked great from the audience’s point of view, but what really happened when they touched lips as Peter Parker hung upside down? Some even take herbal energy boosters to make it more believable. And rarely do they get it

right the 'first time'. So, do it again...and again.

MANY ACTORS ARE 'NOT PATIENT' OR DON'T..

Following Direction
One of the hardest things managers deal with is getting actors to follow directions. Nine out of ten times, beginning actors think they know better than their representatives. It is very annoying. With our agency when we give directions we expect them to be followed. It is my our way or the highway, because we know what we are doing, helping actors build a career and an understanding of how the business works. New actors are only thinking about how to get a job. Anytime you watch television you can see an actor who had a job, but do they have a career? There is a big difference. We are not trying to get our actors jobs, that is what their agent is for. Building careers that can sustain.
Agents have this problem as well. Many agents say "I can't tell you how impatient most talent are and they feel like we aren't doing enough because they are not getting out". Sometimes...no matter how many calls we make or submissions we do....some just don't get called. That is when they need to re-invent themselves. If they choose not to...no one can help them because they don't listen." And too many times they listen to other 'basically beginners' that tell them what to do. Sad thing is they are in the same boat. Listen to proven professionals, like your agent.

The award-winning movie-maker - who has helmed hits such as Jaws, Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark and E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial -and many, more... has won the race to the landmark figure. 

By contrast, his closest rivals >>>> Peter Jackson, Michael Bay and James Cameron - are all currently around the $6 billion figure.

This week us > the William Reynolds Agency received almost , 'one thousand casting notices'  for talent, most here in Georgia (number one in the world for film location filming) including, but not limited to Movies, Television, Commercials and Modeling. But also NY, Los Angeles, Louisiana, Texas, South Carolina, even London.These castings ranged from Starring roles in film, to much smaller roles etc. but all paying jobs. Some paid over $1,000 per day, and obviously some much less, but all in the entertainment industry. Overall this would be about an average week, sometimes more and sometimes less. On any given week the agency will have over one hundred talent  that began their career 'right here' that work in the fom and tv industry etc. :)

Georgia is quickly taking over the TV and film industry. There were the 37 movies and TV shows filming in Georgia this last month..March 2018, Total productions in Ga " my guess" video's, tv, commercials, movies, everything included will be over 300 (that was last years total)>>>> hope you give yourself a chance to be a part of it.

Fans may be in a frenzy after it was announced that Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan are another Hollywood couple who have called it quits, but the separate A-listers each have their own projects to keep them preoccupied this year.

Though appearing in recent films such as Logan Lucky and Kingsman: The Golden Circle, Tatum’s next acting venture will be lending his voice to two animated films slated to be released in the next two years. The actor joins Zendaya, Gina Rodriguez, James Corden and Yara Shahidi in the Warner Bros. animated film Smallfoot, set to be released Sept. 28. After voicing Superman in 2014’s The Lego Movie, Tatum will return for the sequel slated for a Feb. 8, 2019, release.

In recent years political communication scholars have begun to build a small but important body of quantitative research suggesting that the consumption of entertainment media can affect how citizens learn about, think about, and act in the political world. However, we have limited our ability to understand this relationship  Unfortunately too many citizens take the words and views of stars like film, tv and even sports as the gospel, leaving our 'own' thought process in somewhat of a vacuum.

It is a talent that can be taught. With the right director and/or acting coach/teacher, actors who may have less native talent, can grow immeasurably, and be taught a considerable amount. It helps to have natural talent. These people are easy to spot. They make it look easy. For others, they have to work at it. As an actor for over 30 years, and now, a director and teacher, I'd like to believe that acting can be taught. I will say this: some of the best and most talented actors working today, were not always the most talented. Because there is so much more that goes into being a good actor: luck, hard work, careful observation, networking, patience, being a good colleague, and much, much more.
