What do agents look for?

WHAT DO TALENT AGENTS LOOK FOR ON

AN ACTING RESUME??????????

Agents are there for YOU THE ACTOR. It is in the Agencies

best interest to preserve their existing clients and to garner

new ones, to select actors that can and will represent them

well. This is absolutely essential. So, the agent, by looking at

your resume and/or evaluating you in person can determine

if you are a good fit for the agency.This is true if you are

SAG/AFTRA or just taking your first few steps. If it 'is' your

first few steps and your interview/evaluation goes well enough

you will get advice on how to proceed, and maybe with a little

help from the agent. But please bear this in mind, it will take

more than your looks, desire and raw talent.

Raw talent is just that RAW.
