DON'T MAKE THIS MISTAKE!

So you have an audition and you feel very confident. DON'T make the big time

mistake that you are going to be the only one there OR that you are surely to

get the booking because you are so cute and talented. And just how do you know

that? Because your family and friends tell you so, that's why. I can promise you

that some of your competitors have 'great photos' and an extensive resume for

acting, lots of training -quality training- and not some 'modeling school'. Places

where you had to audition just to get in the class. And they've been working.

Some my be SAG/AFTRA or SAG eligible, but many are going to be good. Very,

very good. 

Being self absorbed with 'yourself', that can and most of the time will, cost you jobs

and your career. Acting is not as simple as one my think, or else you would not

have Undergrads, Master's, even PhD's on the art and the craft.

Don't be foolish. Preparation cures a lot of ills.
