It's actually hard not to do>>nitpick other actors careers while at the same time comparing them to your own.

Also, don't nitpick your own work, it simply does not work. I remember once quite some time ago, I was in 

a lot of golf tournaments and was always taking lessons and seemingly not getting a bit better. So one

day my PGA INSTRUCTOR SAYS. " JUST FORGET EVERYTHING I'VE SAID AND HIT THE DAMN BALL."

I got a 'little better' by not concentrating so much. I think this also applies to acting. Just do it.
