COMMENT FROM HALLE BERRY

IN MY OPINION:
WILLIAM REYNOLDS:

COMMENT FROM HALLE BERRY:
AT CANNES--- FRENCH RIVERA THIS WEEK;

CANNES — Halle Berry has blasted those in Hollywood who complain about issues and the effectiveness of movements like Black Lives Matter, but then do nothing to create change.
The Oscar-winning actress said, “In my world, I get so tired of people complaining about, ‘Oh black lives matter,’ and they pontificate and pontificate about it, and I say, ‘Well, what are you doing about that? It may not seem significant to you, but that’s how we start. Have you called your local politicians, have you written a letter?'”
Appearing at the Cannes Lions Girls’ Lounge in conversation with founder Shelley Zalis, Berry continued, “When they say they’ve done nothing, I say, ‘Well, don’t talk to me … because you are part of the problem, because you are sitting here spewing negativity and complaining.’”
She added, “I don’t have time for people who talk the talk but don’t walk the walk.”
WHEN SHE SAYS: MY WORLD>>She is referring to the film industry, and that is sooooo correct. You>>>We see it every single day...wannabe actors that do very little to improve their marketability,
but complain about just about everything in the industry. Sad thing is they rarely change
