A bold statement but a true one.  Let me explain.Over the course of my career in casting, I have been on the receiving end of a lot of headshots. A LOT.

After all, one of the difficult tasks every Casting Director has to do daily is go through mountains of submissions, scroll hundreds of pages of electronic submissions and pick the needle out of the haystack. When you look at that much data, some very consistent trends emerge.  Here are some…
